TraxiT Software for Windows™ provides the features you want and the tools you need to operate your workforce development services agency more efficiently. TraxiT includes tools for managing transportation, training, and medical appointments through in-house or subcontracted service providers.
TraxiT was developed with Microsoft Access® so the user benefits from a seamless interface to other Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Exchange. Working with all the tools you're already familiar with makes training a breeze!
TraxiT offers a detailed database of client information which is accessed through a powerful search engine. Detailed, time-stamped notes may be attached to both client and trip records (private and public note areas are available). Case management details are sorted from the most recent date and may be linked to individual case workers.
TraxiT accounts for services rendered by fund and fund type allowing for detailed projections and real-time accounting of fund balances and uses.
Trip scheduling allows for recurring and on-demand appointments with flexible generation of automatic round trip entries. Medical related trip scheduling activities include the ability to produce HCFA-1500 insurance forms and interface electronically to insurance carriers such as Blue Cross.
Trip manifests may be faxed directly to transportation vendors if your network is equipped with fax capabilities. Event manifests may also be downloaded to the popular PalmPilot portable information management device. Event information (including signatures) may be captured in the field for downloading to the central TraxiT database. The available field information includes the client schedules, detailed notes, additional charge information, completion time and date, and other information that may be specific to the type of event.
Access provides sophisticated reporting and database analysis tools so that you can quickly respond to changes in reporting requirements and requests for statistical information.
TraxiT manages your database quickly, easily, and effectively by using the Rushmore Technology and OLE (Object Linking and Embedding) technology in Access.
